Services
Anthony's Junk Removal, Demo & Land Services provides demolition, land clearing, and junk removal services in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lee County, Charlotte County, and surrounding areas of Southwest Florida. All services are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed between the customer and Anthony's prior to work beginning. Submission of a quote request form does not constitute a binding service contract.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through this website is a request for information only. It does not guarantee service availability, pricing, or scheduling. All quotes are provided directly by Anthony's Junk Removal, Demo & Land Services following review of your job details. Quoted prices are subject to change based on actual on-site conditions.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the customer and Anthony's Junk Removal, Demo & Land Services prior to work beginning. No payment is collected through this website. Anthony's reserves the right to require a deposit for larger jobs. All pricing is in US dollars.
Liability Limitation
Anthony's Junk Removal, Demo & Land Services is licensed and insured. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Anthony's Junk Removal & Delivery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to services provided or the use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for identifying and disclosing any hazardous materials, underground utilities, structural concerns, or access restrictions prior to work beginning. Anthony's Junk Removal, Demo & Land Services is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permits required for demolition or land clearing work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
